Heart Rate
« on: January 31, 2013, 05:38:38 AM »
Hello everyone. I'm worried.

I was laying in bed and i noticed that the pulse in my feet (and other places) don't match up with the beat as my heart. Like it doesn't seem synchronized. I'm constantly checking my pulse every chance i get and i noticed it today. No other symptoms thanks.

honey only a hypo would be comparing whether or not pulse was synchronized

stop checking your pulse.  it is only increasing your anxiety.

but to answer your question-  is that normal or abnormal?  I wouldn't know because I don't check my pulse like that.

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.

It takes a while for the blood to get from your heart to your feet.  So yeah, I would think there would be a 'delay' before the force of your heartbeat can be felt in the extremities.
