Anxiety over health again... and shots!

I'm going to have to get a shot sooon or i'll be kicked out of school, freeking over that since I don't like needles in my arm and freeking out rabies because of my exposure to water so often. I had to go outside and collect the perfect habitat (many things like grass, leaves, dirt, and rocks) and I had to put my hands in a puddle to wash them off and to get rocks that look pretty in the water! anxiety is getting bad all over again, it's like a shadow, sometimes there, sometimes not. my right hand that dosen't have Carpel Tunnel feels funny (don't know if it's my anxiety, the end for me, or Carpel Tunnel in a second hand) FREEKING OUT! I'm going to wear a hand brace on my right hand and left  hand, I'll see how ther are in the morning.
