Poll: GAD and digestive issues.

I would like to start a little poll that may help all of us. I have noticed throughout these forums that all of us have the exact same problems, specifically in the form of the same exact location of body aches and pains, same exact digestive issues, and same exact fears and what if type thoughts. I would like to study this poll, and hopefully come up with some solutions for us. I have GAD with panic, but it is controlled by taking zoloft 50 mg a day. Specifically, it seems all of us have had globus sensation, headaches, ocular migraines with or without aura, pain in left upper quadrant, GERD, diarrhea, and even the specifics of describing the poo are the exact same thing --- orange or yellow, mucus, frequent bowel movements, gas/bloat, burping, chest pain (like a muscle pull mid-sternum or feeling like someone is sitting on your chest). So everyone give an answer and let's come up with solutions to feel better :) thanks in advance.

I get weird sharp chest pains and head pains, often a palp or empty feeling in my heart, I get lightheaded a lot and DP / DR from time to time with intrusive thoughts.... Oh yea abd cramps all over but, I keep on keepin on.

I get headaches, foggy head like my head is full of cotton, tingling down to my fingers, hot flashes and going to the toilet frequently.  It's real fun!!
