Does Anyone Else Get This

Get weird feelings like part of them is vibrating?

My left upper arm I can't distinguish if it is a tremor, fasiculation, or something else.. The best way I can describe it is almost like a vibration that is there pretty regularly... Not all the time, but a lot of the time.. It isn't just at rest or just during movement.

It's bizzare and I'm not sure what it could be but I don't like it.

Sometimes I feel like it's worse if I feel anxious and my heart starts racing, other times it just happens out of the blue..

My left arm feels like it gets fatigued rather easily lately too.. No loss of strength that I am aware of

Most likely a benign muscle twitch.  Ignore it, if you can.

My feet "buzz" sometimes. That's the best way I can describe it.

I've gotten that in all sorts of weird places.  Not a clue what it is.  Hasn't killed me yet though.

I get it in a lot of places also, it just seems to want to persistantly happen in my left upper arm /shrug.
My muscles in that area are pretty sore but it happened before that also.
No tellin'...
That whole arm has tremors anyways so maybe it has to do with my neck or back, I've always had a cruddy back.

Tremors started with my anxiety and when I took then stopped two different benzos in a month. Tremors got better when I took them, worse when I stopped. Maybe I'm one of the unlucky few stuck in the rut of withdrawals. Ha, I'll take that over dying any day though.

I've had a twitch in my left quad for a long time now.  Stuff just happens that doesn't mean anything sometimes.  It's just an amped up nervous system doing its thing, and the sooner you can learn not to focus on it the better things will be.
