Well with health anxiety the main thoughts is that you have a serious illness. The type of illness can change from time to time. So try make a list out. Each time you think you have an illness add it to the list. Do this for a few months. Then ask yourself ' which ones you really had, and which ones the mind had made up '? Chances are the mind would have made them all up. So the next time you think you have an illness go back to your list. See if it is on the list. If it is, here's were you change how you think. You tell yourself ' I have had this before and it was nothing but the mind playing tricks on me '. It can take time. But it can be done.
