I suffer severe panic and derealisation.
I just dont understand. I try so hard to think positively, I get out, I excercise, socialise, medtate, but my thoughts are getting worse & panic.
I think so much about reality, I even have to just look at something or hear something and my mind sets off.
I'm so tired of this, how do I ocntrol my mind?

Hi,

First, I don't have an answer but perhaps you might consider if you are overcompensating . . . by focusing so much about reality, it seems as if it has become an obsession . . . perhaps consider accepting reality and being in the moment . . . I am not sure if you are receiving counselling but, if not, it might help you to identify how to think positively (yes, I recognize that this sounds a bit strange) . . . .life is a balance between opposites . . . so you need to have, perhaps, a bit of guidance on how to strike that balance  . . . management (versus control) is for me the key . . . keep in touch but do consider some guidance . . .take care, kc
