« on: January 20, 2013, 12:59:24 AM »
I often get chest pains I mean im a smoker/overweight have severe anxiety and have diabetes/high bp so my symptoms are endless but why is my chest ALWAYS sore? And ive been getting colder lately "yes it's Winter" but when im in doors and its only my hands that are cold, sometimes my feet as well while my face will be hot all at once. The middle of my back has been sore today and now its the middle/upper part of my chest.

Cold hands and feet can be a symptom of anxiety. The blood moves around the body to the places it is needed more. Just a normal reaction to anxiety. If we begin to notice it we will focus on it more. My own feet do be freezing some evenings. Especially if I am just sitting around. The chest and back pains could be from doing nothing. I don't know your full lifestyle. But if you don't exercise much at all, when you do move about it can easily lead to chest discomfort and various aches and pains. But if you ever really worried consult your doctor.

Sounds like many symptoms of anxiety... Again it sounds like life style modifications my ease up the symptoms... Do you see a therapist?  I had a battery of tests done when I began having those symptoms all came back negative.  Have you been to an md bout this yet?

Sounds like you're moving in the right direction.  I found therapy very helpful for me.
