Why am I waking up nervous in the morning...

When I have a good night sleep?  I feel like as soon as I wake up, I think about my chest pain and withing minutes I get it.  How can I relieve this chest tightness once and for all.  I haven't even really been anxious, but I still wake up nervous.

It seems as if you are experiencing anticipatory anxiety . . . it's a bit of a self-fulfilling prophecy . . . you think that you will have these symptoms and lo and behold, your symptoms appear . . . I don't have an answer for you but you might want to try some CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) either with a trained interventionist or check out a book from the library . . . .it may take a bit of time, but it will be well worth the investment for you to benefit from your good night's sleep and start your day on a symptom-free basis . . . check in with us and let us know how things are going for you . . .kc

Mine was like that at first, it'll probably stop eventually or be something new. I'm going through a hyperventilate and headache phase right now.
