Back To My Old Habits..... Introduction

Hello! I was diagnosed with GAD/Depression/Dependency on Alcohol about 5 years ago when I went into Recovery for three months. After returning to the world I was in therapy and taking my meds. About a year ago I stopped going to therapy (still taking meds) because I believed I could deal with the stress. Recently I have found myself back to my old habits and as a result I have been suspended from my job. This has made my anxiety and depression soar!!!! I decided to join this group and reach out to those who understand. I have had a hard time finding specific groups for anxiety disorders in my area. Thanks and I look forward to chatting.

Find the correct section of the forum that suits your condition and create a new topic on it. This is just a welcome section. Never really get the same amount of help in this section as you would on the other sections of the forums. So whatever one suits the questions you are asking. Get much better answers.
