Weird sensation in chest or esophagus ????pls advice
« on: January 17, 2013, 08:29:53 AM »
I need advice pls. I recently have been worried sick on issues regarding esophagus and digestion. 2 months ago, once awhile I feel a thump in the centre of my chest, like the area where the lower esophagus meet the stomach. Like a gas or nerve movement, sometimes if the thump is harder, makes me urge to cough. Then I wil have to burp. There is no pain , no heartburn , breathing normal.

I went to the doc and was told gastritis or gerd. I took medi it improves my digestion but the gas bubble thump along my esophagus tract did not go away. I realised when  sleep alot and wake up my first meal make it worse.

I'm worried that my esophagus got "something"!! Does anyone has and advice or gone thru same issues? I can't stop googling n that brought many suggestions. Pls share
