Hi.. ive posted a couple times about the same issue but it is getting a lot worse... ): I know i love my boyfriend but my brain is telling me i dont.. its just a vicious cycle. If i start thinking good about my boyfriend my brain just telling me that im just in denial. I also feel like hes my enemy or something and i just feel so alone. My depression is so bad that i just cry and have no motivation.. i just want to die )':

You are young and have your whole life ahead of you. Try to be positive and remember that just because you think a
certain way, does not mean you will act on your thoughts, as they are just thoughts.
