weak/light arms

like... i wanna say they're weak,  but they aren't, they just feel that way.
but what gets me the most is this floaty/light feeling they have to them,
its just strange and hard to ignore.

anyone else get that?

I had this (along with weak legs) for a little over a year.  I can relate to what you're saying ..... they weren't exactly weak, as I could pick up things, I could lift weights, but when I had to raise my arms to the steering wheel, it felt like the energy just wasn't there.  For me, it was completely anxiety based.
