worried about lung cancer

Well here we go again first it was colen cancer had a colonosopy and everything was fine now im worried aboutlung cancer. My sister was diagnised with lung cancer a year ago she never smoked now im worried its going to happen to me. Sometimes i have pain in my sholder and i have some weezing every once in awhile but nothing else. I hate living like this it is always something that i am worried about. I want to live a normal life and stop being afraid. Does anybody have suggestions that help themget through this.

I don't know if you're a spiritual person but study on the lessons this anxiety disorder gives you. You may want to check out that myth where Buddha is confronted with an old person, a diseased person and after that a corpse. You will notice this myth is what health anxiety is all about. Bring "the teachings of Azrael" into your daily life. So you will learn that we are all in the embrace of death, we always have been. And to be ok with that and live in the moment. My doctor told me that around 80-90% of all lung cancers are caused by smoking.
The rest are caused by chemical exposure, dyes, etc. Your weezing may be caused by
allergies, sinus issues, etc.
