Cellulitus fear

Ok so I've had this cold for about a week now. Last as I was getting ready for my bed my nose on the left side on the bridge started to hurt. This morning it still hurts! Now my fear is that I have cellulitus and its going to spread and get into my blood or my eye and then of course I'm going to die. What should I do? How long does it take for cellulitus to spread and become lethal. My husband wants me to wait another day because there is no swelling or redness yet.
