Hearing Loss?

Hi all,

It's been awhile since I've posted. I was doing quite well for the last year or so but now it's come crashing down and my anxiety levels have completely skyrocketed. I haven't been diagnosed yet but am expected to have a hearing test on 29/01.

For the past few months, I've noticed that my hearing has deteriorated. I can't seem to hear as well as I tend to and I don't know where or how to pinpoint it. All I know is that I'm scared and that I don't want this to affect my life.

Does anyone have advice or can share their own experiences?

I really would appreciate some help...

Recently came up with at times shrill tinnitus in my right ear. Went to the ENT, was tested and relieved to know it is no infection. There is a slight hearing loss, nothing that so far interferes with anything

Tinnitus has eased off, as predicted, thank goodness. So you might get yourself checked to reassure yourself.

I have a hearing test booked already. However, I'm only 25 years old.

Should I be getting an ENT appointment as well? Can anyone else share similar experiences?
