Great article in the NY Times!

Hey guys,
I haven't been around in quite a while, which sometimes is a good thing but unfortunately for me is because I've been in the depths of some really harsh hypochondria. Like, to the point where I'm afraid to do *anything*. And I do intend to post more in the future, because I really like this board a lot and the community herein. But right now whatever this anxiety is it's hit me full force like never before so I'm going to resume CBT and possibly try an snri or something like that for the first time (very adverse side effects to celexa, wellbutrin, and buspar within a few days of taking, to the point of missing work ....) and hopefully get back on my feet soon. A few days I've been able to get quite a lot done, but most have been counterproductive, and that's just gotta change. Anyway, Woody Allen, the film director/actor (and a personal hero) wrote a just fantastically humorous and at the same time poignant article on hypochondria, or what he calls "alarmism" for the Times just a few days ago, a highly recommended read for anyone on this board!

Fantastic! I read this last night, and meant to comment. I appreciate his humor, and sometimes it is nice to realize that everything isn't gloom and doom ;)
