That is my current situation. It is unavoidable. I'm looking for tools to control my anxiety and keep my HA in check.  I deep breathe, but sometimes that just doesn't cut it. I need perspective and some good self talk that will keep me in control. Sometimes the triggers feel like they are falling on me all at once. I want to be able to ignore them. What do you do to keep control?
