You finally start getting normal sleep schedule again, then your anxiety hits you hard again and no sleep for days..?
I was doing fine until i hyperventilated last night and now it's back to super scary anxiety.
Gonna try 2mg klonopin tonight...
I can't seem to calm down, i need my sleep :((

Ask yourself ' what is the worst thing that can happen to you if you were to ignore what was happening to you '? In other words, panic comes on. We react to it. Thus we make it worse. What if we didn't react to it. What if we said ' whatever will be, will be '. Just lay there. Let it do its thing. Answer? It would pass. It is all about how we react to it. Which in a situation like this one would be to jump up out of bed and maybe pace the room. Which isn't calming us down. It is feeding the anxiety. Try and stay in bed. Breathe. In through the nose. Out through the mouth. Don't fight it. Don't react to it. I know this is easier said than done. It may take time to be able to do this. But this is how you will get back to sleeping normal again.
