Hi, I'm a 28 year old female from Australia!  I have GAD and it's playing up at the moment - getting worse and I'm having trouble managing it.  I found this forum and thought it would be great to speak with other people going through a similar situation.

I have a fanatastic husband but don't have many friends, so I'm a little lonely sometimes.  I'm a writer and I love water-sports.  Not sure what else to tell you about me.......

Glad you found us. I know you will find plenty of info and support here.
There is a lot to do around the forum as well as a great chat room. I am sure you will make friends in no time
