Hi, my name is Kellie and im new to this... im hoping to get some support and meet new people that are going through same/similar as myself. i was diagnosed about 7 months ago with depression/anxiety, i still dont understand how this is happening to me. i have always been a calm, happy, keep it together kind of person & one day changed my life. i also do feel i am suffering from some form of ptsd, yet i am still feeling the need to learn more about this because there is so much i dont yet know. and this is driving me crazy!

Hey there Mommaof3,
I understand how you feel.  In 2012 is when my anxiety issues began, with some depression.  I find a number of people on here feel the same.  One day I was fine, the next, it seems, this weird thing is happening.  In my experience I find stress, over a long time AND /. OR.  coupled with some trauma/tragedy Seems to put our systems out of whack.  There are many different stories on here from many different people.  I find reading all sorts of threads helpful.  There are a number of well experienced persons on here with a lot of understanding and knowledge on the subject(s).  I only joined this site approximately 2 months ago-ish.
Take a look around and post in Whatever site(s) you feel best.
Hugs!   :action-smiley-065:
