Can't find the words to explain my vision.
« on: January 09, 2013, 07:17:27 PM »
I went to the eye doctor and was told that my vision should be fine. But it isn't it is very hard for me to explain when I look into the mirror it is as if I can't focus on my whole face just one little spot at a time like my eye or nose It is always noticeable any other time I just can't explain what it is like my vision just isn't right can anyone explain it better for me someone who is better with words I am afraid I have a brain infection or tumor because it is messed up in a way that the eye doctor could t see even with the retinal imaging

I just posted about this not too long ago. Afterwards, I saw an ENT and found out I have chronic sinusitis (probably need surgery), untreated (and still unknown) allergies, and also inner ear dysfunction in one ear. I of course also have bad anxiety. I was told by my doctor that any one of those things, let alone all together, could cause the vision issues. Is any of that a possibility?

The sinusitis could be yes I have a lot of sinus drainage but no pressure or pain or stuffiness. And it gets worse if I try to do something like play a video game for more than 10 minutes.

I didn't think I had any stuffiness either. I was actually pretty surprised when he said it looked so bad. I was just going to get my dizziness evaluated! It might be worth looking at if you are aware of sinus drainage. An ENT can look at the sinuses around your eyes (mine did a CT scan and exam with scope) and check your ears (VNG). My eyes get worse looking at a tv, computer, reading, driving, etc. So that is familiar to me to. Not saying this is your issue, but it's something to consider.

ETA: I just looked at your previous posts and I also have sensitivity to light, neck pain, and headaches.
