when I half smile I get really intense neck tremor/twitching. MS?

when I try to make a big half smile my neck starts feeling like its vibrating. I am scared it could be MS or Parkinsons. Maybe even ALS Could it be benign
noticed it when my anxiety was really high.

well how can anxiety make these kind of symptoms? I can't believe something mental can make me think I have MS or something.
