HA increase with loss of love ones

Had bad new today about the loss of a close family member and one who has a couple of days. They were and are older so it shouldn't be so hard on my HA. However, today its like I started to worry about everything. I have been doing so well had many days of anxiety free and what a blessing that was. My question is, does this happen to most of us suffers of HA or just me?

External stress of course amps up anxiety.  The key is to recognize it for what it is, and not let your fear get the better of you.

I did I would not let my anxiety start backup. I know we have to mourn in our own way so I will not do it with worring about health issues.
