Hi everyone,

My name is Jay I live in Chandler, AZ

I have severe anxiety and depression.

I have the habit of dumping my meds cold turkey thinking I don't need them anymore and than anxiety/depression rear it's ugly head.

I am here to learn and also get some help and advice.

Hiya jay...how are you. Im 37 hrs into cold turkey. Would you say u feel better after stopping the meds. Orwas it a bad idea. Im trying to work out if i should go bk on mine. ANd i havent taken any medical advice
