Anyone get ringing ears? sometimes I realize that it is happening especially when ive very tired witch is when i feel my anxiety at a high. or sometimes i will forget all about it be fine and then think about it and if i even give it a thought boom. five minutes and ive got ringing ears. also wondering if anyone suffers from head aches... and not even really a head ache more like an ache in my face almost like sinuses. behind my nose and my eyes. and just different areas my upper jaw like my temples. this also comes and goes but i get just about everyday now. it is a new sympthom. i keep going to the dr. i have no really had a cold. and i have had antibiotics anyhow just in case and i think my mind thought they were working so i didnt feel them. i also notice if i give this attention it almost feeds it and allows it to become a real physical thing all over again after some time.... am i crazy ?

No, you are not crazy!  Anxiety is not fun...but you're not alone.  There are many, many people out there like us.
