Hello there,
The names Ashley! im 26 soon to be 27 year old army wife and new mother to my 2 month old son Caerus.
I have been suffering from anxiety since I was 14 years old. I had my first panic attack at 20 years of age and have ended up in the ER many times for panic and stress. I am also a pvc/bigamy/heart murmur sufferer that has been going on for 3 years now. I have a constant fear of dying of heart attack, surgery, and I have recently have had a huge fear of having appendicitis! It's been a very rough rode for me since my family and friends dont understand what I go through each day, trying to get myself under control. hoping to find some relief here and make new friends that understand my pain.
