HIV fear again

Hello,

A week after having unprotected sex with a female I have a sore throat and am convinced I have HIV. I've only just got over (well not fully over I guess) my last bout of HIV fear where I tested negative 3+ months. I dont think I can take another 3 months.

Well this time i made sure I had protection but it came off during and didn't notice until it was over.

The sore throat has gone but now feel fluey and nausea. No glands or fever which is good sign I guess.
