flu shot?

How do you guys feel about the flu shot? I've heard so many pros and cons about it...and especially since this flu season is supposedly really bad my HA is bad worrying about flu.

I rarely bother to get the flu shot, but I did this year because apparently it's a nasty strain that is going around.... although I have only actually had a flu a few times in my life.  Usually I get colds instead.

I don't know of any particularly bad side effects associated with a flu shot (?).

We don't do the flu shot due to some of the ingredients in the vaccine. They scare me more than the flu. I just pray we don't get the flu!
