Shaking hands.
« on: January 07, 2013, 10:46:54 PM »
Sigh.  Get rid of one thing you're worried about and get another, right?

Do your hands ever shake when you're typing?  I mean both hands.  Sometimes when I sit at my desk to start my day my fingers feel like they're skittering across the keys.  As time passes they get more normal and calm down.

Does this happen to any of you?

oh dear god yes,
thats the one thing that gets me all the time, kick starts my worrying
probably one of the most common symptoms of anxiety. especially if you think more and more about it.
dont give it too much worry, and trust me, i know how hard it is,
but get it checked out if it's too much to ignore.
getting a proffesional opinion helps.
