Weird head symptoms
« on: January 07, 2013, 07:34:42 PM »
for reference, I'm a 22 year old male. I have normal blood pressure, but I think it gets elevated when I feel anxiety. I've had a weird feeling in my head towards the back of the skull. I wouldn't call it pain. More of a sort of dull wet feeling and it's really uncomfortable. when I touch the spot on the back of my head, I can feel my heartbeat. Also, at work today, my ears had a sudden feeling of pressure/pain, almost as if I was under water. My ears were ringing as well. The sensation lasted about 30 seconds. Should I go to the ER or something.

I also had a weird feeling in the back of my head a few months ago and was freaking out. My therapist said people with anxiety can get that. It went away after a day or too. You probably don't need to go to the ER. Try to meditate or do something else to get calm.
