Top Right side of Head Pain and Nausea :(

Off an on , seems like same time everyday I get Pain at the Top right side of my head that travels to my temple and I get nausea- I don't think its a migraine. I am post 5days off Xanax after a taper. I am just worried about a brain tumor. The back of my neck feels tight but just went to chiropractor this afternoon. Please tell me its just anxiety

If I tell ya it is "just anxiety"  will that mean you will be able to put the tumor fear or your HA to rest?

LOL- coming from you ( I have read a lot of your posts) I would drop the brain tumor idea :)--- does it sound like a migraine?

If I had a dollar for every person with a headache who thought they had a brain tumor I would be rich.  It's probably nothing more than a headache.

I am new to this forum but I have had HA with AlS about 5 years ago. Now after a headache similar to yours except mine only happens when I cough, strain, bend down and only one sided it matched google symptoms for brain tumor exactly! I'm really worried as it been 9-10 days now everyday, I just hope it my HA causing the symptoms to continue because I'm looking for the symptoms.
