I CAN'T TAKE IT, I REALLY CAN'T
« on: January 06, 2013, 11:11:15 PM »
2 MONTHS OF TINGLING IN MY RIGHT FOOT, AND TO A LESSER EXTENT, MY LEFT. 8 WEEKS.
I JUST CANNOT TAKE THIS ANYMORE. WHY. WHY WHY WHWYWHWHWYHHFHHGFJGFG.

I am in physio for this, and my docs say it's a back issue. my xray showed nothing and my blood test was great and I am healthy overall but WHY WON'T THIS MADNESS STOP.

It's a pinched nerve and my back muscles are tight as steel.
Someone, tell me this will end.

Pinched nerves WILL END, RIGHT????
I've heard 12-14 weeks. I can live with that. I can be fine as long as I know it will end. Someone. Tell me. Or I am going to seriously lose my mind, this is too much.

Anxiety amplifies it. I wake up each morning with burning/tingling feet, worse on the left and moving up my leg.  My first thought is brain cancer even though it has been dismissed many times. I had a sore lymph node the other day and my legs felt almost normal.

Have faith in your health professionals. I've had a pinched nerve for 20 years but it barely ever bothers me.  It's anxiety, work on resolving that.  Good luck.

I know my anxiety makes the tingles worse. When I get comfortable mentally like when I am with my boyfriend, we have a great time and the tingles barely bug me. But when I sit idly and ponder, omggggg, it is awful. Just tingles!

If I lay down, the tingles can stop. If I sit still, they can stop, But if I get up to move around and then sit again, BAM, tons of tingling!
It seems to be a back issue, I think.
