Sharp stomach pain? Convinced its cancer. : (

I cant get this cancer thing out of my mind now. I have a sharp, stabbing pain to the right of my belly button that radiates up into my upper abdomen and into my back. My appendix was taken out when i was 18 so its not that. The pain gets worse when I lean forward or stand up. I lost my insurance so I cant go to the Doctor and my med bills from the ER are already ridiculous so I dont want to go there. I keep getting random chills too, but no fever. I'm convinced its pancreatic ca. Im freaking out. Im scared my 3 kids wont have a mom. Does this sound like pancreatic ca to you? Please help.

On what possible basis are you "convinced" it's pancreatic cancer????

Pancreatic cancer is typically a disease of the elderly. Your pains may be due to IBS or gas.
