Stoping sequeral

I have been on sequeral for 6 months and I have been taking zoloft for 5 weeks and it seems to be working great now I want to come off the sequeral I was taking 200mg then I stepped down to 150 for a week and now I am taking 100 but I am not sleeping as well am I coming off this the right way?

Is this how your doctor recommended? I would call them and discuss what is happening.

I called and she said keep taking it until my next appointment I have been on it for 6 months and I am scared to keep taking it.

It's part of my anxiety I guess I am worried about long term effects of taking it. I will not even Tylenol or anything else unless I just have to. I just have anxiety about taking meds.
