hand tremors scared...shakying as typing this.

I noticed my hands are shaky and im scared i have MS or parkinsons. I also have body twitches. I do have bad posture and a bad diet but I don;t know if that can cause it. It started when I was scared about something then I noticed my hands shaking since then I've been paying attention to it..

I've had this issue for the last week! Like, i feel like my hands are ALWAYS shaking. I'll hold them out and they really aren't, but it most definitely feels like it!

I've had the tremors too, I noticed my right hand was shaking and it began during a period when I was anxious. This is what a neurologist wrote on medhelp.com about tremors in MS:
"Tremor is relatively common in MS, but in the advanced stages, and is more coarse rather than the fine tremor of essential or physiological tremor, and is called a 'rubral tremor'."
So tremors is something that comes when a person has had the disease for a long time.

My tremor disappeared a few days after I stopped worrying, and so will yours

I just searched for "rubral tremor" on youtube and it's apparrently a lot more than just shaky hands!

Everytime I've had ramped up anxiety for extended periods of time I had shakiness pretty bad, even when I was 'calm'. It eventually either goes away or I just stop noticing it.
