Help with Lexapro

Just started a small 5mg dosage on wed...Today i had this crazy intense attack...it started as me being extremely irritated physically, almost like i wanted to come out of my skin...then i spent like 3 hrs calming down...it was away for like an hour now its creeping back just not as bad...i only felt like this once before...anyone have experiences like this?

I tried Lex once too and the same thing happened but maybe worse.  The doctor told me to start at 10mgs and thank goodness I didn't because 5mgs gave me a horrendous panic attack and hours of anxiety.  I wish I could try it again 5yrs later but my doctor said don't if I had that kind of reaction.  If you can ride through what you are feeling you should keep going.  If not, this med may not be the right one for you.
