Dilated pupils?

Hi, i was taking a bath and looked at the mirror i noticed my pupils were a bit dilated. Should i worry?

No, no need to worry. I seem to have dilated pupils when I have anxiety. I first discovered that upon having my first anxiety attacks a few years ago.

It could be a ocular migraine associated or followed by a normal migraine/headache.
Could be from insomnia or being too tired, your eyes are strained.

Lots of common reason. None really associated with a harmful illness or anything neurological.

You pupils grow and shrink when there is the slightest light change.

I had mismatched pupils (one larger than the other) for months while my anxiety was high. It's very common when the body is under stress, and as marc says, it really does depend on the light in the room.
