Carpel Tunnel treatments?
« on: January 05, 2013, 12:49:44 PM »
I have Carpel tunnel and I'm a teen, I've had it for about 6 months and it tingles all the time no matter if I take my multivites and B-50 complex. I wear a wrist brace when typing, sleeping, and when doing other things that can possibly make it worse. I was wondering if anyone who has had this before knows any treatments for it that don't cost much since my dad DOSEN'T take me to the doc. what so ever unless I'm sick, which I haven't been badly in 5 yrs. Doc. isn't an option, I'm just asking if there is a home treatment for it (Carpel Tunnel)?

Most of the things I see suggested are taking NSAIDs (ibuprofen) and putting ice on the area to relieve inflammation and pain, but I'm not seeing much for just the tingling. I'll keep looking though.
