Making too much saliva?

meh another thing going wrong or seeming going wrong...

last 2 days my mouth just keeps watering all day im having to swallow every 10 seconds or something to clear it :s

anyone ever had this?

On the brighter side my headaches are less over the last week, while my neck ache has gone completely after changing pillows at night.

I have allergy and sinus issues and have always made a lot of saliva. Your swallowing could
be due to stress from swallowing too much air, you may be getting a cold, or the like.

I do suffer bad from allergies too as well as having gerd but that has been better since losing weight, but getting heartburn over xmas as well at random . I dont know what im allergic too as far as the allergie reaction goes, over the past year Iv had to double dose anti-histamines.

I did menion this to ENT on thursday about the too much saliva he just said it could be from sinus, im getting ct scan of my sinuses done when they can be bothered to send for me. Only other thing ongoing is wisdom teeth that need removal.

driving me nuts tho all the swallowing or spitting.

My guess is it's because you are focused on it.  It's certainly happened to me that way.

Don't look too much into it. I've had this problem countless times and freaked out about it. Even now I drool a lot when I'm sleeping haha. Pretty sure it's just anxiety.

Interestingly enough, I had this problem both times when I was pregnant - mostly the last trimester.  I found myself spitting ALOT.  I figured it was just hormones .....

Dentist confirmed my minor saliva glands are indeed overactive or spraying as she called it.....my doc said its related to gerd/gord.

When my anxiety was really bad I found that I had a lot of saliva- I would drool all over my pillow ( I know, gross!!!)

Worried over this now!, It just wont stop with the over production its like someone turned on a tap in my mouth...Im 2 days into Omeprazole they aint working im already taking Amitriptyline which dry the mouth lol? My doc just said drop the Amitriptyline and see if it gets any better. If not come back in 2-3 days.

just what the hell really, Im already anxious over Brain Tumours, would they cause this type of stuff tho? its not a problem with swallowing at all, im swallowing every 5-10 seconds...
