So close to derm appointment
« on: January 05, 2013, 03:33:29 AM »
So stupid of me. I've had this little mole that is 1 mm big, not even kidding, it is like so small my GP chuckled at me and said "wow you really ARE observant, aren't you?". He didn't even want to remove it because he doesn't think it's cancer.
Well, I have a derm appt on jan 22.

Why am I so worried about this? Cancer doesn't appear overnight. If I had cancer, it would be bigger, right?

because you have an anxiety disorder.  Anxiety disorders makes mountains out of mole hills.    :winking0008:

MOST anxiety occurs on a subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state
