Am I getting worse, or is this natural?
« on: January 04, 2013, 02:24:45 PM »
So yesterday and today my derealization has gone back to it's near worse, but I'm also feeling sick or have a stomach ache which makes me feel extremely restless.
Today though I woke up feeling weak and energy drained for the first time. Is this normal with an anxiety disorder? In addition I'm not entirely sure if I'm depressed or not. But when I think back on some memories, even quite petty ones, I do get a feeling that I miss them. Could this be linked to my energy-drained feeling.
Is this normal for anxiety?

Feeling completely weak and without energy? Yep, its normal. Happens to me too. I feel weak, like i wont be able to run, or lift any weight.

There are times when my anxiety is really bad that I feel like I can't even lift my legs to walk. They feel like they weigh a ton, and if I try to take a step I will fall flat on my face. Feeling weak is perfectly normal when it comes to anxiety!

Listing this from you, I'm informing you that such symptoms are normal when you are disappointed but you'll need not to keep such symptoms in mind as you can move forward easily.

You can feel heavy steps when you are in disappointment. So, Yep, it's normal. No need to be worried about.
