Hi...my name is Amy. I stumbled across this site as I have been living on the internet trying to look up reasons for my neck pain. So I have been told you should never try to self diagnose but me being me.....yep always do. I have had anxiety as far back as I can remember. Sometimes it bothers me day to day and sometimes not. I get different bouts, love it when there is a huge gap in between. Since having the issue with my neck along with some other issues for the last couple months my anxiety and maybe a touch of depression has surfaced. Prednisone could of helped bring them out a little.... I try to deal with my anxiety on my own. There are situations I avoid to do that but I don't really like meds. My doc put me on buspar a couple months ago when I got the neck pain....should probably try that I suppose. She reassures me it is not like a benzo or anti-depressant. I could ramble on more but I think this was just to introduce myself. Sorry~
