I find this quote always makes me smile when I feel silly over HA.

"I've been through some terrible things in my life, some of which actually happened" - Mark Twain.

We diagnose ourselves with cancer, AIDS, MS, what-have-you, and put ourselves in the grave even before a diagnosis. Even though these aforementioned diseases are NOT a death sentence, we act like they are. Breathe. These things haven't happened to us. We have support. We are healthy.  :yes:
