I am going crazy anyone experienced something like this??

Causes of hip and leg paim shooting down to calf most (both sides) the day not severe MRI of spine and blood wok clear!!also get sleep disturbances wake up every 3 hours had more pain shoulder and hands but now mostly legs the neurologist says stress but no no i am driving my self crazy because of the symptoms....oh also forgot to mention  also stomach ache tinitus but this is probably to tmj braces and elastics for many years.any ideas??

Your doctors have said that there is nothing physically wrong. Anxiety/stress can cause a litany of physical symptoms. In the past, I've had tingling in the areas that I've been worried about. Have you tried meditation or exercise (perhaps light to start)? That can help alleviate symptoms; it does for me. Take care, manati!
