Hey there,
In case you ask, I am seeing a p-doctor and talk therapy counsellor already.
I just want to know what CBT is, exactly.

Cognitive behavioural therapy addresses emotions, behaviour and cognitive processes. It focuses on the negatives or causes of a condition, and then focuses on your way of how you think about these. In time, it is suppose to change your way of how you think about things, and how you behave in certain situations. Hope this helps  :action-smiley-065:
