Shaking, nervousness and wild thoughts
« on: December 01, 2007, 09:47:43 PM »
I have been shaking on the left side most of the time.  I try hard not to show it.  Sometimes it affects both including my legs and my eyes and eye lids.  I am more depressed than ever with anxiety is getting worse.  I have been doing my best to isolate myself from others.
I have been wanting to cut and drink.
I have been trying not to do either one.  Thoughts of drinking, medication and just going to sleep and staying asleep is sounds peaceful.  I hate doing the right thie all the time and no one cares around here.  I don't matter here.  I am not doing very well.  What is happening to me?

Is the shaking a side effect of your new meds?  Just a thought, some side effects can take a while to present.  I am sorry you are feeling so bad at the moment, how are you feeling today?

You do matter Josie. I bet you matter more to the people around you than you think you do. It's just the depression making everything seem dark. You have faith in God... don't you think you matter to him? I've heard you saying you wish he would recall you like a faulty toy. I often feel that way - I can totally relate. But the reality is... we are ALL faulty, every person in the world... no-one is perfect, 100% fit for purpose... but that doesn't mean we should be consigned to the trash heap. There is ALWAYS hope and I think that is the great thing about faith. It teaches us that we are never too far gone, never useless, never without potential. Realising that potential is hard for some of us. But it's there.

Our flaws and our struggles do not invalidate us as people. If anything we are braver and stronger than those who sail through life without a hiccup.

I hope you feel better today. Keep smiling  :happy0151:

A sanderella is a mythical creature in Algerian folklore, similar to a mermaid. It is used as a cute nickname.

It think it is due to medication and my own depression and anxiety.  I am shaking for the most part of the day.  I don't feel like I fit in anywhere.  I think the only time my husband loves me is when the house and his pick up is clean.  When his daughter is not kept clean, it is my fault.  She 12 for goodness sakes.
I am taking a break from church and being around people.  I am so lonely.  I wuld rather be by myself and be lonely than being around bunch of people and still be lonely.
