I am thinking about looking for both some passionflower and chamomile tea next time I'm in the store.

I looked up the symptoms of rabies for you and I can tell you that what you are feeling is not listed as a symptom of rabies.

I'm glad I could help you. I am going through my own HA situation at the moment but it makes me feel better a bit when I can help others. I'm off to try and sleep a bit.  :action-smiley-065:

I'm drinking two through four cups of tea a day and I can go to bed just fine now and not shake or cry from Anxiety at all, it's impossible to spook myself of having a deadly disease. I think this is a way to ward off my Anxiety from now on, it works for me and it's healthy as well. I'm going to buy more tea since I have about enough for a week with the rate I'm drinking through them  :happy0151: Peace at last, my Anxiety has eitheir found a new home, given up at spooking me, or gone to Hell where it belongs, I wonder how bad it would be if I stopped drinking the tea that wards off my Anxiety... I'm not going to try that since My anxiety was gone today I went out in the woods with my dog, which I haven't been able to do for such a long time since my fear over getting Rabies from virtually any animal or thing outside started in the early summer time. Also this is the first time I took all the garbage out in the night to the big wagon thingy my dad puts on the back of his car without being paranoid of getting attacked by a racoon (had a flashlight to see with, of course)      I'M SO HAPPY THAT TEA, my favorite drink, is helping me be on a normal path of life instead of being swallowed up by my fear of Rabies and other deadly diseases
You should try tea MOchp, it helped me and I want to know if drinking tea helps you, it's worth the money  Good luck and thank you  :action-smiley-065:

What's your HA bothering you about at the moment?

At the moment I've been having some pain and bowel issues recently varying from constipation to diarreah. I of course am freaking out that I have colon cancer or something like that. I have a topic going about it called "Feel doomed" on down the page. It contains a good bit of 'TMI' material about poop. lol
