May I Say, Ouch?

So this morning I was out driving around with my dog, when I noticed that she had managed to roll down the window in the backseat...hanging her head out as far as she could go. I tried to pull her away, but could not...so I started rolling up the window, thinking it would startle her and she would move...no...I apparently pressed the button a little too hard and it rolled up and her poor head got stuck in it. I IMMEDIATELY rolled it down, and locked the windows, feeling terrible.

So...when we got out, my anxiety was taking over, I was afraid that I had seriously injured her somehow, I decided to try to close the window with my arm in it to see how hard it closed...STUPID, I know, but I can use pregnancy brain as an excuse. FYI, it closes extremely hard and feels extremely unpleasant. I'm sure now I'll have a lovely wrist bruise for Christmas!

Now, excuse me while I go laugh at myself.

The dog is fine! Running around and begging for food as usual.
My arm is not even sore, red, or bruised...hoping it stays that way!

I have done the same thing but I pinched her snout in the window.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one who has done something silly! I still feel bad about it even now...especially because my poor dog still eyes the car windows with highest suspicion!
