So, I suppose no matter how long you've had anxiety, it seems you will battle it for the rest of your life....
I'm 19 and have been looking into a few cosmetology schools, i love the..field, so to speak and it's not very stressful..it works for me.  I'm just so anxious about commiting to something that costs mucho bucks for  a year on top of my full time job....I'm getting those classic panic symptoms... I suppose this issue is trivial to most of you, trust me, I've been on the other end reading something that someones struggling with saying "yah, well, I wish that were my problem"
I know I'm going to do something that I want to do, I know I won't let anxiety keep me from pursuing something that I'm good at and that makes me happy...I just needed to vent. I'm just hoping it doesn't blow up in my face and I go back into "too scared to go anywhere" mode.

Just keep positive.  You know the anxious feelings cant harm you so when they happen tell them to get lost : )

You will do just fine in school.
