miscarriage cause ptsd?

last year i had a miscarriage and 2 days AFTER my severe anxiety, panic attacks, and health anxiety started. when it happened i was alone. upon getting to the hospital i was really frightened, i almost died, the whole time i as there i was terrified, and hysterical. im wondering since this happened unexpectdly and b/c of the recation ive had if this could cause it? im at a loss anymore of what to do.

Any kind of trauma can kick start some form of anxiety problem, this could be one of them, espesially if you really wanted the baby...and going thru it alone must have been soooo terrifying!!
have you talked to someone about this?

not really. i used to be very sad about it. now i just feel blah with all the anxiety

I too had a miscarriage in my past,  it was devestating because it was my last attempts for a baby and we were moving that day and my boyfriend at the time was not supportive.  He wanted my help to move, and all the people who planned on helping us that day, didnt come once they found out I miscarried.  I was in pain and scared and mourning.

I am very sorry to hear of your loss.  I have had a 2 miscarriages then 1 healthy baby then another miscarriage.  I can understand your pain, both physical and emotional.  I am definately sure that it could have sparked up your anxiety as it was very emotional, stressful and scary. 

I truely hope the you are feeling better soon.
